Thank you for your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange, with certain exceptions as listed below. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All products purchased through our website are returnable for full cash refund, exchange, or store credit within seven days of the purchase date. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All returns must be postmarked within sixty (60) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with tamper-evident seals and labels intact.
The 60-day money back guarantee is valid only for first-time purchases of a product, and redeemable item(s) must be shipped back to Dr Nancy (at customer expense) in order to process the return. Customers may not return the same item for refund more than once.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

We recommend using a shipping method that is trackable. We cannot offer refunds for products that are not received. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that may be unfounded or fraudulent and to periodically change or amend this Return Policy.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Aesthetic Services are not eligible for return or exchange
- Medical Services including pre-paid Treatment Packages, Initial Consultation or Follow-up Appointments, and Appointment Deposits are not eligible for return or exchange
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. Notify our Support team of any problems with an order within 30 days of receipt.
