Shipping Policy

Please note, as we prioritize keeping our community safe, we've implemented additional measures which may cause a slight delay in processing your order.

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order.*
Orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM PST, excluding holidays.

*Occasional delays may occur due to stock availability, storewide sales, and unforeseeable weather conditions.

Free Standard Shipping For Contiguous US (Lower 48 States):
We offer free ground shipping for all orders above $99 shipped within the Contiguous US. In order to qualify for free shipping, you must have an order total of $99 or more after any discounts have been applied. We ship orders using UPS, FedEx Ground Services and USPS Priority and First Class Services. The shipping carrier will be determined at the time of shipping based on end destination and service selected. Expedited shipping is also available at an additional cost.

For Non-Contiguous US (Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico):
We do not offer free shipping to the Non-Contiguous US at this time. We are able to deliver products to these locations with an additional shipping cost. Shipping cost will be determined during checkout.

Expedited shipping is recommended for orders shipping to military bases, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

Expedited Shipping
We offer Expedited shipping for an additional cost at check out. Expedited shipping is generally 2-day air. Order processing times will remain the same as outlined above.

International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping times
Shipping times vary between carriers and the final destination. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in California. Ground shipping time can vary from 1 day for parts of California, to 5 days for locations on the east coast. Note that we cannot account for carrier delays that may occur due to weather or other circumstances.

Tracking Information
After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing one or more tracking numbers and an indication of which shipping service was used. Use the links provided to track your shipment.
