Subscriptions are a great way to save money and never run out of the products you love. Save 15% and get your favorites on your schedule.

How does it work?
Choose the product you’d like to purchase, and scroll to the “Product Options” section at the bottom of the page. Select “Subscribe & Save” and choose your initial Delivery Schedule; 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months.
Don’t worry - you can change the interval to anything you like after the first delivery.
Then, click “Subscribe Now” and complete the checkout process.
Once the order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation that the subscription is active. At this point, your initial order will be fulfilled and sent to you.

How do I manage my subscription?
To manage your subscription, simply login to your account. If you don’t recall your account credentials, you can gain access to your subscription via your email.

What areas of my subscription can I manage?
You can do the following:
• Skip a delivery
• Change quantity
• Change your delivery schedule
• Update your billing information
• Update your shipping address
• Cancel your subscription

How do I cancel?
Login to your account and under Actions select “Cancel”.

Can I set a custom Delivery Interval?
Yes! Once the subscription is active, you can set the delivery interval to any combination of days, weeks or months. Go to the Delivery Schedule and select “Edit” under Actions.

Notice period
Before every order, you will receive an email 3 days prior to remind you. This is the time you need to make any changes. Once your order has been processed, fulfilment starts, and we are unable to make any changes. You are of course welcome to return any products following receipt for a full refund but shipping will be at your own cost.
Alternatively, contact our Support team at (888) 609-6133,, or our web chat feature and we can cancel, suspend or make changes to your account for you. Our support hours are 9:00AM to 5:00PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, except holidays.

Subscriptions: Failed Payment
If you have an active subscription and your payment method fails, we will attempt a daily payment on 6 consecutive days. If we still can't take payment, we will reach out to you directly and ask you whether you want to carry on or cancel your subscription. No orders will be shipped until payment has been taken successfully.
