Oven-Baked Berries with Coconut Whip
Cooking fruits concentrates their natural sugars, making them sweeter and more appealing. Blueberries are one of the fruits with the highest levels of antioxidants, while strawberries are naturally high in vitamin C.

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients:
- 5 cups fresh strawberries
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoon coconut sugar
- 1/2 lemon, zested plus juice
- 1 cup So Delicious Cocowhip
Instructions:
Preheat oven at 350°. Gently mix cut strawberries and blueberries in a bowl with coconut sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Place fruit in a baking dish or individual ramekins and bake 35 min. Once cooled, top with Cocowhip.
